Every event, from a romantic supper for two to a wedding for 200 requires a personalised approach and this is where I excel. I started working independently as Chef Maximillian Green after honing my skills in Michelin star restaurants throughout London and training at London Cordon Bleu. I now work from my studio kitchen preparing tailored dining experiences for any occasion. I will work with you to design exactly the menu that works for your event to ensure all fine details are taken care of and all the stress is taken from you. From menu design to table setting - you can rely on me and my team to deliver an exquisite event.

My Ethos
I am lucky to live near some of the city's greatest markets and producers. I work with only the finest suppliers, particularly when meat and fish are on the menu. I have sought out the best and most reliable sources for ethically grown and produced ingredients and use patisserie skills learned at Cordon Bleu London to create perfect breads, desserts and patisserie. I use organic where possible, and British grown ingredients as a matter of principle.
I also run small cooking classes in the comfort of your own home, creating wonderful dishes to impress your guests and leaving you with a portfolio of recipes tailored to your dietry needs, including cocktail masterclasses, beef wellington classes and sushi & prosecco evenings.
